If you or a family member are currently in Israel and need assistance leaving, the US Department of State has provided the following information. 

The first step is to complete the crisis intake form on travel.state.gov, or call 1-833-890-9595 (tool free) or 1-606-641-0131 (US Local), 03-519-7426 (Israel local). If you need a passport or consular service, please be sure to indicate that need on your new or updated crisis intake form.
