Lankford, GOP Colleagues Continue to Support Access to IVF, Not Democrat Scare Tactics

WASHINGTON, DC – Following a Democrat show vote in the Senate today to try to scare Americans into thinking access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) in our nation is threatened, Senator James Lankford (R-OK) released a joint statement with Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) and all of their Senate Republican colleagues supporting continued nationwide access to IVF

“Senate Democrats have embraced a Summer of Scare Tactics—a partisan campaign of false fearmongering intended to mislead and confuse the American people. In vitro fertilization is legal and available in every state across our nation. We strongly support continued nationwide access to IVF, which has allowed millions of aspiring parents to start and grow their families.”
